The rooms with all facilities, included breakfast, fridge were nice styled and big. The staff were superbly friendly day and night...

i came here for 2 nights and had a perfectly pleasant stay. the property was stylish with useful staff. the location was favourable and absolutely perfect for visiting pubs and restaurants near the hotel. i greatly enjoyed that the property was near a bus stop.

The hotel offers particularly good and marvellous location close to City Center. Furthermore, it's very close to the train station and the Outlet.

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave as it provides guests with a perfect location for relaxing after a long day's work or shopping in the nearby Designer Outlet Roermond. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a good selection. a great experience.

One service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. Unfortunately, the hotel's Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult for me to get work done efficiently.

Fairly clean hotel with super friendly staff and a great value. Beautifully designed and big size room and big size bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Lots of good options for meal. Location adjacent to Limburg and both the Belgium and German border and Restaurant, central location. Also, in an upscale residential area🙂😀

The suite was very nice and allowed for an independent stay, with a fully equipped kitchen. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the city and retail shopping outlets.-One advantage I enjoyed was the friendly staff, who were always willing to assist.

The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, with dirty bed sheets and uncleaned armchairs and bathroom. The lack of adherence to mask-wearing by both employees and guests made me feel unsafe.

During our stay at Nero Office Hotel & City Cafe, we had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and had a lovely ambiance, with the added bonus of a fully equipped kitchen. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and the double-layered duvet kept us cozy during the winter. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to both the Belgium and German borders, as well as major towns in Limburg. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful, adding to our overall satisfaction.
